I am an EMDR trained Mental Health Therapist and an Army Veteran. I have over 15 years of experience delivering mental health care to those in need. I treat diagnoses including but not limited to; depression, Anxiety, trauma, ADHD, PTSD, insomnia, relationship issues, and trauma disorders. I specialize in populations between the ages of 18 to 80. Helping others achieve a higher state of wellness is not just my job, it's a calling.
