*No Show/Late Cancellation Policy: Please note our policy states that there will be a $10 fee for Therapy visits and $50 fee for Psychiatry visits that are not cancelled within 24hrs of the appointment time. *Payment Policy: Out of pocket costs for services will be charged on the day of your appointment, unless visit is cancelled.
