Service Description
Sometimes all a family needs is a little help in identifying old Negative Patterns and Believes and Communicate safely and openly. PLEASE NOTE: All appointments are subject to availability. Appointments can't be guaranteed until paperwork is complete. We will contact you within 24hrs of appointment request to provide Intake Forms via email.
Cancellation Policy
*No Show/Late Cancellation Policy: Please note our policy states that there will be a $10 fee for Therapy visits and $50 fee for Psychiatry visits that are not cancelled within 24hrs of the appointment time. *Payment Policy: Out of pocket costs for services will be charged on the day of your appointment, unless visit is cancelled. (see no show policy above)
