Hello, my name is Brooke Valicenti, and I am a Registered Clinical Mental Health Counselor Intern.

I have a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and experience working with adolescents and adults ranging from 6 to 40 years old. My background includes working in various mental health settings, including inpatient and outpatient programs, correctional facilities, and adolescent therapy programs.
I specialize in helping individuals navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, and other life challenges.
I integrate different therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing, to help clients build resilience and create meaningful change.
